POSITION HIRING POLICIES:
For positions that handle money - credit and background check required. Eligible associates must have no more than 2 negative credit accounts in the last 24 months and no felonies within the last 7 years.
ShoWare Center requires all applicants complete an application packet. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and credit check, if handling cash or have access to financial information.
All positions require associates to be at least 18 years. Alcohol service positions require associates to be at least 21 years old.
Most positions are part-time and hours are based off of event schedule.
